In the quest of controlling climate change impacts in the community, LVRLAC’s mission in the Lake Victoria region stipulates the necessity for community’s transformation towards utilization of environmental friendly energies. The agenda is being carried out by LVRLAC’s project team ,her 42 Member Municipalities and environment stakeholder sensitizing the community to adopt change from environmental unpleasant energies to renewable and green energies like Solar energies, bio energies and non carbon energies. The agenda is also being endorsed in Municipalities council’s meetings to strengthen action.
